This policy describes how chi-yin so handles information related to the game and support requests.

Information in the game

The game runs offline. It does not collect or transmit personal information to the developer. It contains no account registration, advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, chat or in-app purchases. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos.

Gameplay state stays on your device and is not uploaded to a developer server. There is no cloud save or online player profile.

Support requests

If you email sochiyinivan@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information only to answer your request and investigate the reported issue. Our email provider processes those messages to deliver and store them. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising.

Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve and follow up on your request, or meet legal obligations. You may request access to or deletion of your support correspondence by emailing the same address.

Apple services

Apple operates the App Store and TestFlight. Apple may process download, device, diagnostic or feedback information under its own policies and your device settings. Any diagnostics Apple makes available to us are used to investigate stability issues. See Apple’s privacy policy.

This website

These support pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts or forms. Our hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to serve and protect the website. Opening these pages uses an internet connection.

Children

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child has sent personal information in a support request, a parent or guardian can contact us to request deletion.

Changes and contact

We will update this page if the game’s data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current policy.
